Because I have do not have photobucket and lack the MS Paint skills to do anything effective, I have a request to any of you who can help. YOU CAN DO BOTH OR JUST ONE OR NONE!

First off, I've had a picture of my character I play on Ragnarok Online made by someone but they've been unable to color it due to their schedule. So first I'd like to show you the picture that I need colored and then I will give you a reference picture for colors to go by with some details. IF YOU CAN PLEASE GIVE ME REFERENCE PICTURES OR A FEW PICTURES TO GO BY TO SEE WHICH ONE IS BEST. ONLY DO THIS IF YOU HAVE THE TIME, THERE IS NO RUSH! If anyone can do this, please let me know (also try to keep it as either PNG or JPEG):

Some details:

Make it as dark or vibrant as you want but keep the colors generally in the same scale. Also, with the non-blue eye, it's usually seen as a grayish-maroon. Don't put details into the eye, just color the whole thing that one color.

Next is something I've wanted for a long time. All these years I've gone without a proper ID. I've tried before in Paint but I failed horribly. If any of you could, I'd love it if you could use this image with the information I will post:
